To make sure you’re all set for the 1:30 p.m. ceremony, we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to park and get a seat.

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before cocktail hour begins at 5:00pm. If you’re catching the shuttle from Cleveland Marriott East, it’ll be rolling out at 4:15 p.m.—so please be sure not to miss it!

wHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
Our celebration is cocktail attire. Think stylish and dressed up — suits, dresses, or chic separates. We want everyone to feel their best and look great without the formality of black tie.

Will the cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
During cocktail hour, you can mix and mingle either under the open sky or in the cozy charm of the manor house. As for the reception, we'll be taking the party indoors at the onsite reception venue (short walk from the manor house).

Will transportation be provided to & from the venue?
Answer
While our venue is beautiful and everything we dreamed of, it is certainly not as conveniently located as you may expect. Given this, we have arranged for shuttles to provide guests transportation to and from the reception venue to ensure the safety of all our loved ones. If you haven't already please let us know if you plan to stay overnight at a local hotel and/or take the shuttle to/from the venue. Venue Address: 13271 Bass Lake Rd, Chardon, OH 44024 (Basil Place)

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, ample parking will be available onsite. Once you arrive, drive straight back past the manor house and follow the signs for parking near the reception venue. Once parked you will be directed to walk over to the manor house for cocktail hour.

Are children allowed? What about a plus one?
Answer
To keep things fun and relaxed for everyone, our wedding will be an adults-only affair. If you received a plus one, it should be indicated on your invitation and/or on our website when you RSVP.

Answer
Nestled in the heart of all the action, Cleveland Marriott East puts you just steps away from some easy and delicious options! Whether its the night before, for anyone arriving in town early, or between the ceremony and reception. Pinecrest is practically your neighbor, offering up a blend of chic shopping, cozy coffee bars, and delicious dining. When hunger strikes, you can’t go wrong with RH Rooftop, Kitchen Social, or Saucy Brewworks. Need a caffeine fix? Heartwood Roasters is the spot. And for a little fun with your food, roll over to Pinstripes for some bowling and bocce with an Italian-American twist. For a charming detour, Chagrin Falls is calling—grab a bite at 17 River Grille, M Italian, or JoJos (yes, this is where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were recently spotted!).
