What is the dress code?

Answer

For women: Midi or maxi length dresses are appropriate, and we encourage ruffles, feathers, colors, and prints. Make it FABULOUS! For men: Suit and tie is appropriate, or a tuxedo if you are feeling fancy!

Will transportation to/from the venue be provided?

Answer

The Lake Placid Club is within walking distance of downtown! For those who plan to drive, LPC has its own parking lot on the premises.

What about walking in my heels?

We will drive your comfy shoes to the after party.

How is the drive into Lake Placid?

Answer

Be prepared to lose cell service for periods on the Northway beyond Lake George and NY Route 73 (winding through the mountains after Northway exit 30). You should also be mindful of your speed on these roads, as they typically have a heavy police presence. Other than that, the drive is beautiful and scenic, so enjoy!
