Ojai (pronounced "Oh-Hi") is a small town nestled in the mountains of Southern California, and is known for its mountains, wine, art, and relaxation. In addition to the places recommended below, we enjoy hiking and climbing in Ojai. The Los Padres National Forest features many trails for all levels, some with rivers and waterfalls (alltrails.com/us/california/ojai).
