Question
What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 20th, 2026. You can RSVP on Zola or to Sandra Staab by text or call (715-305-3043).
Question
What do you mean by low waste event?
Answer
We want to celebrate with you all! We also don't want to create unnecessary waste in order to do so. We've taken the important step to hire a company for composting. They will take what what is often thrown in the trash back to the earth, rather than a landfill. Your plates, bowls, utensils, napkins, and leftover food can all go into the receptacle listed as compost. We will also have your normal garbage and recycling containers (because not everything can be composted). If in doubt, ask Tom or Lanae! Consider it the perfect opportunity to step in and talk to us :)

Do you have a Gift Registry?
Answer
We do not. We are fortunate to have everything we need to begin married life. You spending time with us on our special day is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you feel compelled to give a gift of money, know that this will be put towards the purchase of our very first home.

Can I bring my dog? I see The Brewing Projekt is dog friendly.
Answer
While the taproom and patio are dog friendly, we are NOT allowing pets in our event space to ensure all of our guests feel comfortable.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your invitation should have specified if you can bring a plus one. If you have a special someone you would like to bring, please reach out to Tom or Lanae and we will see what we can do!

Why Eau Claire, WI?
Answer
Tom and Lanae are from Marshfield, WI (yes, we went to Middle and High School together, if you didn't know!). We now live in Minneapolis, MN. Eau Claire felt like a good in-between for our Central WI and Twin Cities people. It has been a challenge to find a location that works perfectly for everyone and we want to thank those who have further to travel for making the trip.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?
Answer
We will not be providing guest transportation. The Lismore Hotel and The Oxbow Hotel are within a half mile from the venue.

Is the venue accessible if I use a wheelchair or other assistive device?
Answer
Yes, there is elevator access to our 3rd floor wedding reception.
Question
Is there parking available near The Brewing Projekt?
Answer
Yes - The Brewing Projekt has a private lot. There is also ample free street parking. If you need special accommodations due to mobility, please reach out to Lanae (ph#715-305-7688) so that reserved parking can be planned.
Question
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are hosting our wedding in The Brewing Projekt's upper level indoor event space that is air-conditioned. The Brewery does have ample outdoor patio space that guests can enjoy if weather permits.
