Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Formal, also as known as Black-Tie Optional. Suits, dress shirts with ties, cocktail dresses, and formal jumpsuits are all acceptable. Please refrain from wearing jeans. For those who are considering heels, our ceremony is planned for outdoors and you will briefly be on grass.

Where should I park?

Answer

Free self-parking is available throughout the weekend at the Hyatt Lodge. For guests not staying on-site, both complimentary valet services and self-parking options are available for our ceremony and reception, whichever you would prefer.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start at approximately 4:30. It is about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot, through the lobby, and to the ceremony space.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony, including the procession. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

In the event of rain, our ceremony will move indoors.

Answer

While we love your little ones, we're keeping our celebration to mostly adults-only. If you're unsure whether your children are included in the invitation, please reach out - we're happy to clarify!
