Our Story
Jason and Tom first met while working at Berklee College of Music. Jason, the Public Safety Dispatcher; and Tom, the Resident Director on-call after hours. Essentially, Jason got the emergencies and would have to call Tom to go assist with the emergencies. Tom will say there was no better voice to hear at 3am than Jason from Public Safety. More-so, they both say they were each others' favorite person to work with. To this day, if Tom hears the ringtone, he'll mimic "Primary on-call this is Tom" in his all too familiar cadence that always made Jason smile.
