This is the town where Heather went to university. Downtown Keene is full of great shops, bars, and restaurants to check out.
Funspot
A bit of a drive from Keene, but totally worth it if you're traveling with kids, or if you have a soft spot for nostalgic arcade games! Funspot is the world's largest arcade, located in Laconia (just 20 minutes from Heather's childhood home).
The Flume
The Flume is a natural gorge extending 800 feet at the base of Mount Liberty. The walls of Conway granite rise to a height of 70 to 90 feet and are 12 to 20 feet apart. Framed by a spectacular vista of Mount Liberty and Mount Flume, this is one of our favorite places in New Hampshire. If you're lucky, you might even see a moose.
