Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! 78th St Studios has a large parking lot, and obviously we encourage you to Lyft or Uber if you're going to be drinking.

Do we need to prepare for weather?

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors, in the same building, so other than getting from your vehicle to the front door, no need to worry.

What time should I arrive?

Folks can start arriving at 4:30pm- the ceremony will begin at 5pm.

The Westin says there's no more rooms in the room block- what's going on?

Let Erika or Tom know! They can resolve the issue. You also don't have to stay at the Westin, we just wanted to provide it as an option!

78th St Studios seems huge- where do I go?

Answer

Glad you asked! For shorthand, you'll navigate to 1300 W. 78th Street and enter by the large "Your Art Sucks" sign. Below are more detailed instructions if you're nervous! Use the address 1300 W. 78th Street, Cleveland, Ohio, 44102 if you are using GPS. After you have turned down 78th Street, you will continue to pass a small side lot (holds about five cars) where there is a mural. Do not park here. From there you will see an "Event Parking" sandwich board directing you to take a left-hand turn in between the opening of the fence, right after the green "MUSIC" banner and before the orange "EVENTS" banner displayed on the telephone poles. After you have turned into the parking lot continue to pass the garden and a blue graffiti mural and on the left-hand side, you will see the main entrance located at the glass double doors underneath the "Your Art Sucks" neon sign. Enter there, and follow signs up stairs for the ceremony!
