Is there a dress code?

Let’s call it Florida Formal! Jackets are optional. Ladies summer glam; dresses/gowns - short, midi, or long or just some fancy pants. Whatever you love - Just be ready to dance!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5:15 as we will begin at 5:30 sharp

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we kindly ask that you RSVP only for the guests to whom your invitation was addressed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love everyone’s kids, due to our limited numbers, children are only invited if named on the invitation.

Is transportation provider between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! For hotel guests, we will have a trolly from The Cambria to The West at 4:40 and 5:10 pm. We will also have a series of return trips from The West to the Hotel and After Party starting at 10:30 pm

Is their parking at The West Events

Yes there will be valet parking in the back of the building.
