We would like to avoid having our guests park on the road and we need to keep the driveway to the house opened at all times so we have setup a parking area at our gas well. The gas well site is located approximately ¼ mile south of our driveway entrance on the same side of the road. The parking area will be well marked and painted guide lines will be in place for easy row formation. Golfcart shuttle service between the parking area and the wedding area will be available starting at about 2:30PM and running for most of the evening. If you have any mobility concerns that would impact your ability to park at the gas well, please let us know in advance so that we can make the arrangements necessary to get you comfortably to and from your vehicle.
We want to make sure our wedding guests have a great evening. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on natural terrain, with crushed limestone walkways. The property is wooded and June temperature tends to fall off after sunset so prepare for cool weather later in the evening.
Yes, we ask that you make babysitting arrangements for your little ones.
We love dogs but because there will be so much going on, we ask that you make other arrangements for your four-legged family members.
