The Wedding Website of Carolina Alegria and Tom Leahy
We've included some of our favorite restaurants and activities below. We will share a more in-depth guide via email in the coming weeks!

Santaella

, +1 787-725-1611

Very trendy, Top Chef Master, located in the local market, gorgeous restaurant with a fun atmosphere serving elevated Puerto Rican fusion. Can book on OpenTable.

Yoko

Japanese & Puerto Rican fusion. Bad Bunny's favorite restaurant in PR!

Mario Pagán Restaurant

1110 Magdalena Avenue, San Juan, San Juan 00907, Puerto Rico
, +1 787-522-6444

Elevated Puerto Rican food, a more fancy option but still casual attire, one of the top chefs on the island, located in Condado across from La Concha.

Pinky’s

1005 Ashford Avenue, San Juan, San Juan 00907, Puerto Rico
, +1 939-260-2992

Favorite breakfast / lunch spot, amazing sandwiches, large menu, two locations in Condado, can dine outside or take to go for the beach. Caro's go-to order: Kite Surfer on a wrap (you HAVE to get the special sauce!)

Dulcesalado

1853 McLeary Avenue, San Juan, San Juan 00911, Puerto Rico
, +1 787-705-3471

Great brunch / lunch spot, large menu, something for everyone. Has indoor and outdoor seating. In Condado right by Caro's house.

Chocobar Cortés

210 Calle de San Francisco, San Juan, San Juan 00901, Puerto Rico
, +1 787-722-0499

The Cortes family has been manufacturing chocolate from farm-to-bar since 1929. Located in Old San Juan, visit the Chocobar Cortés, for a culinary experience that celebrates the two passions of their family: chocolate and art. Fabulous spot for breakfast, lunch or to pick up some delicious artisanal chocolates! The Cortes foundation has an art gallery upstairs featuring the family's expansive Caribbean art collection, which you can visit for free. Definitely stop by if you're in the Old City one day.

La Pícara by Chef Xiomy

1403 Avenida Juan Ponce de León, San Juan, San Juan 00907, Puerto Rico
, +1 787-957-1385

New trendy spot, def vibey, beautiful restaurant, fun atmosphere, amazing cocktails, Spanish / Puerto Rican fusion.

Tresbé

1765 Calle Loíza, San Juan, San Juan 00912, Puerto Rico
, +1 787-294-9604

Casual outdoor food truck / patio area in Loiza St. Really popular for an easy lunch. Has a few different food trucks, picnic tables, reggae live music i.e. burgers, poke bowls, tacos, sushi etc.

El Morro - Old San Juan

San Juan, San Juan 00916, Puerto Rico

MUST DO! Visit the old city and walk around the cobblestone streats, visit The Morro fort (one of the oldest in the Caribbean), tons of restaurants, little shops, have a typical ice cream or piragua. Really nice way to spend the day and experience the local cuisine/culture.

El Yunque Rainforest

Río Grande 00745, Puerto Rico

This is the only rainforest in the Caribbean and its gorgeous! Caro's favorite trail is the famous waterfall trail. It's not intense, about 45mins down and you can picnic by the water / swim. Highly recommend for a day trip or if you are staying at the St. Regis Hotel / Bahia beach area since its a short uber ride away.

Beach Activities: Surfing, Snorkeling, Paddle Boarding

San Juan, San Juan 00907, Puerto Rico

There are stunning beaches on the island that offer a variety of activities such as surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking. There are also catamaran day trips to local nearby islands such as Palominito and Culebrita.

For all the days along the way
