There is no cell reception at the resort. Because of this walkie-talkies will be provided to each cabin along with the wifi (unreliable). We will provide all information for your stay in your welcome bag.

If your invitations says, "and Guest", then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and your RSVP portal.
We have all the stuff and things and now we have the rings. More than anything we value experiences and adventures, things we'll remember for our lifetime. For that reason, if you choose to give us a gift in honor of our commitment, we are accepting donations to adventures on our honeymoon. Send us on a zipline tour, try the local cuisine, or a spa day together.
While we love your children, due to budget constraints we ask that only those on your invitation attend. If your child has been invited to our wedding, they will be included on your invitation and in your RSVP portal.
We have a strict headcount limit, so please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. If you have not done so by this date we will assume you cannot join us and make that space available for another guest. This is non-negotiable.
Our ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the Fontana Lake; however, an indoor ceremony is in place for inclement weather. Our reception has an outdoor patio and indoor dinner and dancing space.
The ceremony is only 1 mile away from the reception. We would love to provide transportation to and from; however with the mountain roads it makes it difficult for a large bus to navigate. For this reason we suggest carpooling to and from the ceremony and reception. If you do not have a vehicle please contact one of the groomsmen to be grouped with someone who does.
We as a couple do not drink. For that reason we have chosen to have an open bar during cocktail hour only, after that it will be a cash bar. Table wine will be provided.
Yes, there is ample parking at the overlook and outside the event hall. If you prefer to park back at the lodge or your cabin, we have golf carts to bring you back and forth.
Guests must be fully seated by 4:15pm.
