Wedding Day Shuttle

We will be providing a shuttle from the hotels to the venue and back. In town guests and those staying elsewhere can also come to the hotels if you wish to take the shuttle. All shuttle buses are through Blue Ridge Tours Hilton Garden Inn Shuttle: 4:10pm Departs to head to venue (with stop at the Holiday Inn) Holiday Inn Shuttle: 4:30pm 1st full bus departs to head to venue 4:40pm 2nd bus will depart to head to venue Return: 9:30pm Early Bird Shuttle from reception to hotels 11:30pm (End of Reception) 2 buses from reception to both hotels **only 1 of the 2 buses will be returning to the Hilton Garden Inn at the end of the night

Flight

Charlottesville (CHO), Richmond International (RIC), and Washington-Dulles International (IAD)

For out of town guests, these are the closest airports. Charlottesville has a smaller local airport just north of town, but it may be easier to come in to Richmond (1 hour drive) or Washington-Dulles (2 hour drive). Feel free to reach out to either of us with questions!
