We met way back in freshman year of high school—just two kids surviving gym class & pretending to understand biology. We were just friends at first (yes, just friends), even though one secretly may have thought the other was kinda cute. Fast forward to junior year, & suddenly those hallway run-ins felt a little different. Then came June 6, 2015: a nice day at Seaside Heights beach in NJ. He asked me to be his girlfriend, & I said yes—probably with a huge smile & maybe sand in my hair. That moment kicked off the start of our forever, & we’ve been inseparable ever since. Almost a year into dating, he gave me a royal blue promise ring—a sweet, shiny little promise that this was something real. & he’s kept that promise ever since. From high school halls to wedding halls… here we are! High school sweethearts to life partners, our story started young, but it’s grown into something beautiful, strong, & full of love.

On July 6, 2023, during our very first vacation alone together in Ocean City, Maryland (yep—another beach!), Tommy popped the question… but not without a little behind-the-scenes chaos first. He had planned it all out—the ring, the location, the perfect moment. But of course, the stunning engagement ring didn’t arrive on time before the trip. So while I was living my best vacation life, Tommy was in full stealth mode—calling, tracking, & doing everything he could to get it delivered to our motel without me having a clue. (& somehow, he pulled it off!) That evening, we went for a sunset walk on the beach. I thought it was just another cute memory in the making… until he paused, reached into his pants (yep, his pants) to pull out the ring box, dropped to one knee & asked me to be his forever. I said yes. A thousand times, YES!
