Answer

Parking will be limited. Please carpool if possible. The largest parking lot is right next to the venue. It’s the kings beach parking area and it is $5 to park there. There is also street parking that is free in the area. Reach out to Tom with any questions.

Weather

Answer

Please bring a warm coat as it will get chilly at night. There will be outdoor patio heaters yet the temperatures will be fall for Tahoe so it can dip down in the evenings.

Arrival Time for Ceremony

Answer

The ceremony is due to begin promptly at 3. Please plan on arriving no later than 2:45 for seating. Cell phones will be allowed, but please set them on silent during the ceremony. The couple does not mind if you take photos during the ceremony.

Beverage and Bar Services

Answer

Iced Tea and infused water will be served prior to the ceremony Bar and alcoholic beverage services will commence post-ceremony. Seating for the reception will not begin until 4:30 and the cocktail hour will be held on the back patio leading up to the couple's grand entrance at 4:45
