Ally’s roots in Joburg first began, Tom’s from Queenstown, far more eastern land. Two different places, lives apart, Not knowing yet what the future would start. Jump to 2018, a Sunday night, Stellenbosch buzzing, drinks just right. With mutual friends and no big plan, They met at Trumpet Tree - and that’s how it began. Ally knew then, without a doubt, Tom took a day… then figured it out. One night later, feelings took root, With their first kiss shared at Tin Roof. From there it flowed, easy and true, As 2020 brought a move or two: Ally joined Tom in Cape Town’s sun, Where life together had well begun. Holidays came with families near, Split between places they both held dear - Haga Haga’s waves, Kenton’s calm view, Where love grew stronger year by year. Then 2023, with bags and dreams, They crossed the sea to London scenes. A new chapter, a different pace, Building a life in a brand-new place. Seven years on, in 2025, Back in Kenton - where it all feels right - Tom got down on one knee to say, Forever starts from here today. We can’t wait for you to join the fun, To celebrate love with everyone. To laugh, to dance, and cheer hooray, As we start this next chapter on our big day.
