Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you RSVP (separately, for both the Welcome Party and Ceremony/Reception) by no later then May 1st 2022 to help us properly prepare to celebrate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests will be shuttled from the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Burlington to Isle La Motte for the ceremony and reception. Shuttles will leave promptly at 3PM with an estimated arrival time in Isle La Motte around 4PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are glad you asked! We recommend Semi-Formal attire for our Ceremony and Reception: Tuxes and gowns are welcome as well as suits and cocktail dresses. The recommended color palette is Greens, Creams/Browns, Greys, Blues and Metallics. We ask that guests avoid black if possible. Why you ask? Since we are not having an official wedding party - you are our wedding party! For the Welcome Party Friday evening we recommend Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and/or button-up shirts with slacks.

Are kids welcome?

While we would love to be able to accommodate a celebration with young ones, sadly our schedule and setup does not ideally allow for it. Parking is not available for our guests due to venue limitations. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to limitations on space in Isle La Motte, parking is not available for our Ceremony and Reception. All guests are encouraged to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride in the comfortable shuttles we have arranged.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Another great question! We have a Welcome Party Scheduled in Burlington Friday Evening at the Burlington Beer Company, and would love to have you join! We also have a number of our favorite activities to do in and around Burlington for those making a longer trip on our "Things to Do" page.
