we tied the knot!

We climbed to the top of "Old Rag" mountain in Shenandoah National Park this summer. After some rock scrambling, we found ourselves at the top of the mountain with a 360-degree view. And Tom pulled out a ring! It was an easy yes, and we got to spend the rest of our trip camping, biking, and celebrating.

While we want to have a more formal celebration in the future, we decided to go ahead and tie the knot! We had a special living room elopement - just us, the cats, and our friend Evan who signed our license. Lori is in nursing school so a bigger party will have to wait, but in spontaneous Lori-and-Tom-fashion, we made our love legal and official!
