Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony start time noted in your invitation.
The attire is semi-formal / garden party but we want our guests to feel beautiful and comfortable. Wear whatever makes you feel the best version of yourself! And take advantage of the beautiful spring weather to bring out your florals and pastel colors :)
Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors at Hartwood Acres Mansion. Spring weather can be unpredictable in Pittsburgh, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. Both the ceremony and reception spaces are paved.
We love celebrating with all our guests! All invited guests, including plus-ones and children, will be listed on your invitation and/or RSVP. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Our venue is located at 200 Hartwood Acres. If you’re driving, there’s free parking available at the venue. Otherwise, we recommend using rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft.
