Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, in addition to the venue's parking lot, there is legal parking in front of the Christmas House for one block (on the west side of Archibald Ave. between 6th St. and Deerbrook Ave.) Please do not park outside of the posted signs.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know so that we advise the caterer.

Outdoor or Indoor Wedding?

The ceremony and reception will both take place outside in the garden.

Yes please see the travel page, there will be a shuttle provided to and from the hotels.

No, to keep our numbers within COVID guidelines, please do not bring anyone outside of your invited party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service that pick up guests at 4:30pm from the Ayres Hotel and will be shuttling guest back to the hotel at the end of the night.
