How We Met... A year prior to us meeting, my cousin told me about Samuel and how she thought we would make a perfect couple. She would share how he was a hard worker, cute, charming, and an overall good guy. There were several times she tried to set us up to meet, but for some reason it never happened. One day, when neither of us expected it we both happen to be at her house. Samuel sat across the room and couldn't take his eyes off me. There were times that we locked eyes and felt that instant attraction. After that day we hung out every weekend and were inseparable. Our Commitment... Samuel and I spent the weekend in San Diego. Over dinner, he asked me to be his girlfriend on my 22nd birthday March 11, 2012. From that day forward we have built this amazing life together. We made it a point to raise Travis and enjoy one another. Through this time, Samuel taught me patience and always reminded me that there was no rush to getting married or having babies. He would say "we'll know when the time is right". The Proposal... On Saturday, November 24, 2018 during Thanksgiving dinner, he proposed! Samuel got down on one knee in front of my family and friends and said "will you do me the honor of letting me call you my wife". Of course, I said "YES"! Our Growing Family... In 2018, I gave birth to our son Cassius. We knew we wanted to have two babies back to back. Then in 2020, I gave birth to our son Lincoln. Making It Official... We decided at the beginning of 2021 we would start the planning of our wedding. At the time, we didn't know when, where, or how we just knew we wanted to get married and tie the knot. Now we are counting down the days until we say "I Do". We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in life with you. See you on the Yacht in Newport Beach!
