We’re getting married!

Tyler and Olivia both attended Jacksonville University. Tyler was pursuing Criminal justice degree and football and Olivia was pursuing her dream to become a nurse. They met through mutual friends and had some classes together. Olivia lived in Oak Hall and Tyler would come to the study area to study for their history class together. Olivia always thought Tyler was so funny and would not stop laughing whenever she was around him. They were good friends through college. Tyler graduated in 2018 with his Bachelors degree and moved back to his hometown in Deland to start working. Summer of 2018, Tyler reached out to Olivia to catch up and sparked a new kind of friendship. They met up a few times with mutual friends and there was no denying the feelings that arose for each other. Tyler officially asked Olivia on a date November 9th 2018 to the Ice Plant (an old ice factory that is now a resturant) in St. Augustine. On New Years day, 2019 they were officially a couple!

Tyler and Olivia were both up in Grafton for Olivia's cousin Sophie's wedding one weekend in August. The whole family was in town and Tyler thought it was the perfect time to ask with her family being together. Tyler asked Olivia's parents for their blessing and snuck the ring up to Grafton in his cowboy boot. On August 14th, Olivia thought she was getting ready to go out to dinner with the family. Before dinner Tyler asked Olivia to join him on the porch where he dropped to a knee and popped the question! Olivia's family was all inside the house preparing for the champagne toast to celebrate!
