Getting to the Venue

The ceremony and reception are located at Bearcreek Estate Vineyard, a privately-owned vineyard and farm property at 30430 S Highway 170, Canby, OR 97013. The turn into the venue will be marked with a wooden "wedding this way" sign. Parking attendants will be present upon your arrival. Please note that the lower lot is reserved for guests needing ADA accommodations or have mobility concerns. All other guests will be directed up to the grass lot. RECOMMENDED ROUTE TO AVOID ROAD CLOSURE: 1. If you are coming from Vancouver or Portland, take I-205 South 2. Take Exit 10 for Hwy 213 South to Molalla 3. Veer right off the exit to continue onto Hwy 213 South 4. Continue for approximately 16 miles 5. Turn right on Hwy 211/Woodburn-Estacada Hwy 6. In 3.7 miles, turn right onto South Hwy 170 / Canby-Marquam Hwy 7. In approximately 1 mile, the venue entrance will be on your right. The pull in will be marked with a wooden "wedding this way" sign FOR ALL OTHER ROUTES, IF YOU APPROACH THE VENUE FROM THE NORTH you will run into a road closure. The road is closed at S Barnards Rd and Hwy 170/Canby-Marquam Hwy. We will place white "wedding this way" signs on all corners to signal the detour around, which will force you to approach from the South. We recommend using the recommended route above to avoid this.

Uber, Lyft & Rideshare Information

You can Uber or Lyft to the venue, but Uber does not pick up in Canby, OR. You may use Lyft to get home, although drivers could be scarce and rates may be high. We recommend you ride the complimentary shuttle bus (info below) to the Best Western in Wilsonville after the reception, and then Uber or Lyft home. Shuttle services will also be available from Wilsonville to the ceremony.

Hotel

Best Western Inn & Suites

We understand that Canby, OR is a bit of a drive for even our in-town guests. For this reason, we will have a shuttle bus leaving the Best Western to the ceremony, and a several returning shuttles from the reception to the hotel. We recommend you book with this hotel to take advantage of the complimentary transportation option. You are also welcome to Uber or Lyft to the hotel, or park your car near the hotel, and then use the shuttle. The shuttle is not limited to guests staying at the Best Western.

Hilton Garden Inn

For something a bit fancier, we recommend the Hilton in Wilsonville. Keep in mind that the shuttle bus will not be picking up or dropping off guests at this hotel. You may take the shuttle bus to and from the Best Western, but you will need to Uber or drive to/from the Hilton, located just a mile down the road.

There is space on the venue property for some tent campers and 1 RV. If you would like to camp on-site the night of the wedding (at no cost to you), please reach out to us!
