Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 24th 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as “no”. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Prior to the wedding, Charles and Emily will be at Wally's Bar & Grill on the evening of Friday, August 22. Please feel free to stop by to say hi and hang out with the bride and groom before the wedding! Exact times will be sent out closer to the wedding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:00pm and no later than 4:15. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking at the venue, but carpooling is recommended! There will be signs pointing you to the correct parking area on the day of wedding.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
If you know Emily, you know she loves to dress up - so please dress to impress! Our wedding is formal-preferred. For the ladies, think full length gown or a cocktail mini/midi length dress. Men are welcome to wear suits or a sports jacket. A long sleeve button down is also ok. Please avoid jeans, flip-flops and shades of white, cream or champagne. As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. Please use this night to have a fun date night!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on the invitation and RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the people named in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes, if the sun is shining (fingers crossed), the ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor, and reception is outdoors but in a tent. Please make sure to dress appropriately, wear sunscreen, and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar with wine, beer and cocktails during cocktail hour and the reception! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please do not drink and drive!!!! Below are local taxi numbers. You are able to keep your cars at the venue until 10am the next day if necessary.
