Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Although we love all of your children, we have chosen to make this a 21-and-over event with the exception of our bridal party. We hope you understand! Please use this evening to have a fun date night on us!
Semi-formal attire please. For ladies, gowns are welcome, as well as cocktail dresses. Please note that the majority of the evening will be on a grassy lawn, so please take that into account when choosing your shoes. For men, slacks, dress shirts, and sports coats.
There will not be any formal transportation service to or from our wedding ceremony and reception. However, the Hilton Garden Inn, where we have reserved a guest room block, does offer a free shuttle service to and from the Powel Crosley Estate by request. Please check the "Flights and Lodging" page on this site for more details.
Parking is available at the estate, but please note that overnight parking is prohibited. The estate's gates remain locked after events, and you will not be able to retrieve your car the next day.
Please arrive by 4:30 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.
Florida in April is warm with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to the high-80s. A majority of our wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, but our guests will have full access to the estate in case of rain and for those who would like an air conditioned break.
We will have a 30 minute seated waterfront ceremony at 5 p.m. followed by a cocktail hour inside the estate. A formal seated dinner will begin on the lawn at 6:30 p.m., with drinks and dancing to follow on the courtyard patio until 11 p.m.
We want all of our loved ones to be fully present for our vows, and we'd ask that you honor our wishes for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an amazing photography and videography team to capture this special moment for us, and keeping your phones down and on silent will allow them to do their best work. We promise to share all of the photos with you! For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #TOHAVEANDTOHOLLISTER so that we can see them too!
Our reception will include a formal cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and a three-course dinner with dessert. Meal preferences and any dietary restrictions will be gathered via RSVP's to our invitation.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to celebrate!
