On the 2 year anniversary of when we started dating, we threw a Christmas Eve party. We had everyone opening gifts that we got for them and they had gotten us. When everyone had finished opening gifts, Thomas told me that he had one more present for me. Thomas then got down on his knee and said some really beautiful things that may or may not have made me cry a little (or a lot) and I said yes. Everyone cheered and then my mom told my dad that he could talk. He was on the phone listening to the whole thing. It was a wonderful surprise for Thomas (and my mom) to put that together.
