If you are coming from sea level, or close to it, please note that the wedding will take place at 8,000 ft of elevation. While not likely, you may experience minor altitude sickness and is important to know about ahead of time. We recommend reading up on altitude sickness here: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/15111-altitude-sickness

ALTITUDE BASICS 
Drink LOTS of water.
Remember that 1 alcoholic drink at sea level equals 2 at altitude.
Take ibuprofen or paracetamol to ease potential symptoms. 

We will have plenty of water available at our hosted events, and will also provide electrolyte packs. 

If you are very concerned, we recommend speaking to your doctor about acetazolamide (Diamox). This speeds up how fast your body gets used to the higher altitude. Nifedipine (Procardia) and dexamethasone are also used for altitude sickness.
