Question

What Covid-19 precautions will be in place for the wedding?

Answer

All vendors and workers will be in masks and gloves at all times during the event. We encourage our guests to use their best judgment as far as staying home if they are ill. Michigan residents can take advantage of free drive-thru testing sites. Please contact your local testing facility for more information. What safety items will be provided at the wedding?

Answer

Planterra has installed hand sanitation stations throughout the venue. Also, we will have multiple bottles of hand sanitizer sprinkled throughout the venue. We will have extra masks for those that might have forgotten to bring their own. We will also have 1-2 nurses at the entry that will be taking everyone's temperatures with no-touch thermometers. Those that have a fever (fever is 100.4°F/38°C or higher), cough, or trouble breathing won't be permitted to enter.

Indoor/Outdoor accommodations

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will be inside Planterra. There will be an additional tented area next to Planterra for extended space for guests. The dance floor has also been extended to allow for more space for guests. The max amount of guests that will be in attendance is 100 people per the MI Covid Phase 4 guidelines.
