One of my favorite sisters ;) This girl. This woman has had my back from the beginning. I have always looked up to her, followed in her footsteps, and wanted to be just like her... so much so that you cannot even tell us apart in side by side pictures of us in like the 3rd to 4th grade. Maddy has given me such a tangible example of self-confidence. It changed my life. I was in and out of surgeries all the time and she is the one who always checked up on me and motivated me to just keep going and smiling like I do... but if I ever needed a shoulder to cry on or a little encouragement I knew exactly who to go to. This girl is so ambitious, incredibly bold, a protective mother bear when she wants to be, the funniest human alive, and one of the greatest friends. I am SO blessed in the sister category in life. This lovely lady has shaped me and molded me in more ways than I can probably count. She has always accepted me for ALL my weirdness and even encourages it from time to time. There is probably no one else I can laugh so hard with that I am sent into a wheezing coughing attack and sometimes throw up. Literally my favorite times with this remarkable human are almost always at the table gathered around food. Maddy. You have to come over to our house like every night so we can all just laugh off the calories ;) I love you more than you will ever know. You are so precious to me and you bring out the best in me. Thank you for being you 100% of the time. I love you LOTS!

Also one of my favorite sisters ;) My pal, Mal. This girl has one of the biggest hearts for literally everything. She feels so deeply and has been the one to pave the path in life for so many things. Heck, I even followed her to NWC but I was just shy of doing college with her by one year. Mallory and I have had sooooooo many adventures over the years and most of them involve one of us exposing how blonde we really are and end with lots of laughter. I admire Mal and and her ambition in life to just go after anything and follow where God calls her. I look up to her in her faith and the way she pushes herself to be the best she can at what she loves to do. Her creative mind is so intriguing and contagious. Mallory usually gets stuck being my workout buddy, but over the years has found many ways to cheat and make me think she is working hard when really she doing the BARE minimum. I got to give her credit though... like I said, she is the creative one. She truly is just flat out inspiring. I mean c'mon she has lived out of the country and even found the LOVE of her LIFE. One of the ways she has impacted me most is just being so vulnerable and open, real and authentic 24/7. Watching the way her and Enric worked on their relationship and made it bloom into abounding love even across oceans was so phenomenal. Their love is what gave me hope to hold on and wait on God to bring me someone exactly like Isaac. I am so glad to have her home with me to celebrate love on our special day<3

Oh my goodness. This girl and I go wayyyyyy back. I have known her for her entire life on this earth. Basically, we were destined to be best friends once she finally came out of the womb. I cannot even begin to describe what this girl has done for me and brought me through. We have just grown up doing life together - especially when we were just "too young" to hang out with the cool kids... aka our older sisters. But oh how the tables have turned because now the older sisters always just want to hang out with us :) Does this mean we are the cool ones now Ashley? This girl has continually pushed me in my faith, has always been there to listen to anything and everything, always opened her home as much as she opened her heart to me, and continually supported me even from afar. Ashley and I are just that dynamic duo ya know? Like we will do just about anything together: perform the main skits and lead the little children at VBS, babysit some incredibly high-energy kiddos, play all the board games, run the behind-the-scenes action at Threshermans, pick rocks in the fields, sell sweet corn, almost flip a gator (whoops), missions trips (Challenge, Impact, Haiti), play board games, laugh until we pee our pants (I'm not kidding here), etc. The point being. We can do just about anything - or nothing - together and have the time of our lives. This is a sisterhood. I love this girl and I am so proud of her! God has blessed me with the absolute best of best friends to grow up with.

Jennifer. freaking. Boeve. This woman is a LEGEND. We go way back to the first day of freshman orientation. I noticed her ACL scar on her knee and instantly we bonded and became best friends for life. I have never met someone like this gal. She is SO special. She gives her all in anything she does. She is the epitome of a true friend. Jennifer always stayed up until like 3 a.m. doing homework, so I would pop in and we would have story times about our days. Literally, I looked forward to this part of the day because I would tell the dumbest stories about the littlest parts of my days but we would just find them so funny. Jennifer put up with COUNTLESS stories told by yours truly... and if you know me at all... you know that THAT is no small task. Just ask my dad. Jennifer accepted me for who I was right from the start. Whether I fall and fail or would catch a win here and there, this lovely lady supported me through it all. She would tell it to me straight, which is what I need because I overthink everything. Over the four years of college... Jennifer and I grew so close that we would know what the other was thinking without any words exchanged. We looked forward to our dinner dates in the caf or late nights gennissing on campus. We literally had to schedule times JUST to make sure we'd see each other, share all the stories of the week, and stay sane. I have never met a better car-jam session partner, hype-up mastermind, or jacked athlete in my life. I love you my brother!

This girl. Sometimes I do not know how this girl is real. She is so precious and we like to call her Colleen the Queen with her theme song being her name sung to "Jolene" :) I also met Colleen during freshman orientation as we lived on the same floor. Colleen and I were both nursing majors (lol she stuck with it and I did not...). Our friendship just took off. I have never met a person who loved so easily and just poured and poured into you. My cup was always full when I was with Colleen. She made me see things in myself I had never seen or thought of before. She is always speaking positively and spreading kindess like it was confetti! Colleen and I would take naps inbetween classes together - even if it was just for 7 minutes, study into the wee hours of the night together, watch criminal minds in our free time, and just talk for hours. I can always got to Colleen about anything. She is such an attentive listener and gives such loving and healing hugs. This girl is so resilient. The past four years of our lives together have brought us both through some really tough and brutal things that life has to offer. However, those trials only brought us closer and closer together. We can talk about ANNNYYYTHIINNGGG - Colleen is sometimes my source of knowledge for all things that fall under what I do not know as a sheltered child, lol. I love this precious soul and I will forever miss our cuddle times on the couch - especially during our quarantined times. Thanks for being you <3

Who else would travel all the way to Louisiana and back with me just to see little Isaac (#60) play maybe 3 downs at the NAIA National Championship Football Game...? Literally none other than THE fiery redhead, Koralee. This girl is just too good to be true. What a gem! I met her at FCA our freshman year through Emily Archer and Jennifer Boeve. We ALSO bonded over knee surgeries/injuries... but man oh man does this girl have me BEAT in that department. She legit broke her patella just walking on the street. Yep. She is one heckin' tough cookie that is for sure! I initially thought this girl was just the sweetest and most innocent as they come... however, living with this firecracker changed that. With Koralee becoming my roommate Junior year, my life got a whole lot brighter. There was never a dull moment between us. From the aggressive embrace in our hugs to the laughter that probably woke up the entire building. She always kept me on my toes. We even had a running tally of who had the most "scares" or "spanks" on the other. Yep. And guess who continually lost over two years of this ongoing competition. Me. Koralee and Isaac apparently became best friends one random day so I am really surprised she's not standing on his side, but boy am I LUCKY to have her! She chose a semester in Chicago over rooming with me for our last chance ever... but wow it was the greatest day when she returned and this sassy but sweet love-filled girl was home. I love you so very much Koralee<3

Emily Joy. This beautiful lady does exactly that. She just radiates joy and laughter and love. I feel so whole and at peace with Emily. We go waayyyy back. She has known me for my ENTIRE life and has been there and stuck by me all the way to this day and I hope far - far beyond! Emily is so nurturing, compassionate, considerate, and just genuinely kind. She just seems like another older sister to me and I love it and her! Going to NWC with this sweet gal was such a dream come true and made my college experience all the more wonderful! I wish she wouldn’t have been so smart and graduated early so that I would have had one more year with her! Emily is one of those lifelong friends where we don’t have to talk everyday or even week, but when we do see each other it’s like no time has passed. I am so incredibly lucky to have such a kind spirit in my life. I love her passion and light she shines so bright. Thank you Emily for being you <3
