Yes. We strongly encourage everyone to make dinner reservations at least two weeks ahead of time. Please download Ava app once Lindsay sends your reservation confirmation number. This confirmation number is required to book dinner reservations.
While we would love to include everyone, our venue has limited space. For this reason, we can only accommodate the guests specifically named on the invitation. Please refer to your invitation for the number of guests reserved for your party. Additional guests may stay at the resort but they will not be able to attend any of the wedding events unless confirmed via RSVP. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration as planned.
Yes, both the Welcome Cocktail Hour and Wedding ceremony will take place outdoors. The Cocktail hour and Reception will be held indoors in the Ava Ballroom.
