We’d love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, they are more than welcome to join you! Thank you for understanding.
We adore your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. There will be a very small number of exceptions, but if your children’s names are not listed on your invitation, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for the night. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!
Weather permitting, we’d love to have our ceremony outdoors. Don’t worry — we know it’s December! If it’s too cold or snowy, we’ll move inside and stay cozy. If we do get a mild winter day, we’ll take advantage of it — so maybe bring a jacket, just in case.
Yes! The venue has its own parking lot, but it can fill up for larger events. If that happens, there’s plenty of overflow parking along the road leading into the venue. If there’s snow, the parking lot will be cleared, but roadside parking may be limited — so carpooling or using the hotel shuttle will be the best options.
Often, yes! The hotel frequently has rooms in our block ready before the 3:00 PM check-in time. We recommend calling the hotel the morning of the wedding to see if your room is ready — especially if you’d like to settle in before taking the shuttle.
Getting to the ceremony: If you’re taking the shuttle, you may need to park at the hotel and board right away so you don’t miss departure. You can check in after the reception, or call the hotel that morning — EARLY CHECK-IN is often available for our block. Shuttle schedule: We’ll announce exact departure and pick-up times closer to the wedding. ONE-TRIP POSSIBILITY: If fewer than 25 rooms in our block are booked, the shuttle will only make ONE TRIP each way — one to the ceremony and one back after the reception. Return time will be set, so guests leaving earlier or later will need their own ride. Booking in the block helps ensure multiple trips.
