In the Summer of 2017, we started as co-workers and quickly became friends. After some time, we became lovers. We met that Summer while working full-time as teenagers, on a farm called Dull Homestead in Brookville, Ohio. Eventually, that summer ended, and we thought our friendship would fizzle out to our surprise, the bond grew stronger! We had romantic feelings for each other we were 16 and 19 at the time. We knew it was frowned upon. Many didn't think we would last. We knew we were destined to be. So, as rebellious teens, we disobeyed the wishes of our parents and continued to see each other secretly for over a year! After that point, our parents gave up trying to keep us apart. 3 months after I turned 18 we got engaged and signed our first lease together! We lived with Tazia, my Maid of Honor, and her boyfriend (now fiancé and groomsman) Connor. After a year of fun, quarantine, and roommate house parties we decided to get a place of our own in 2020. We also adopted our baby boy, Buddy. He is our dog child, our first baby and we love him so much. He would prepare us (not really) for our human child, Kai. He is our pride and joy. After much loss and heartache, KJ chose us to be his parents in 2023. His arrival changed our entire world. We cannot wait to share this special day of love alongside him. After KJ joined our family we decided to adopt another fur baby, then came our kitty Loki. Even on our hardest days, he is sure to be by our side well, in our lap rather. Our hearts and home are full of love and we are so excited to share that love with you all. We have had many trying times during our young adulthood but continue to find strength and comfort in one another. We can't wait to see what the future has in store for us!
