When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 15th

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 15-30 minutes before the ceremony (11:30-11:45am) to find a seat and allow for us to start on time:)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Just keep in mind the reception is a dirt floor... of course there is a floor for dancing!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limitations, if their name is not already on the RSVP we are unable to accommodate. We did our best, but if you believe we missed someone please reach out!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome as long as they were included in the RSVP. Once again if you believe we missed someone, please reach out!

Yes, of course. Please add any allergies in the RSVP

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at both venues. Valet parking is provided at the Reception. Desert Foothills has a locked gate when there is no staff on property, so for any persons wishing to leave a vehicle overnight, their vehicle will be parked just outside the gate for them to pick up in the morning.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

After Party at Buffalo Chip! This location does allow minors accompanied by a guardian until 10pm!!
