The ceremony will take place in Marienthal, KS a small, meaningful community to us in Western Kansas (8 miles East of Leoti). The Graff Family Farm is located right South of Marienthal! When you're about to turn off of Highway 96, look the other direction and you will see it! The Reception will follow in nearby Scott City, KS.
The hotel in Scott City is fully booked with family and the wedding party. We recommend staying in Garden City, KS, where there are more hotel options and availability. We have a room block at the Clarion Inn, please call the hotel directly for our special rate!
Yes! We have arranged for two charter buses from Garden City to the ceremony, with return transportation at the end of the night. We also have a smaller shuttle running between the hotel in Scott City and the reception venue for added convenience.
The reception venue will open immediately following the ceremony. There will be snacks, games, and a limited open bar. The full open bar will open at 5 PM, and dinner will be served at 6 PM.
Yes, we will have assigned seating for dinner to make sure everyone has a spot. If your plans change or you need to bring an additional guest or child that is not listed on your invite, please let us know so we can plan accordingly! We would hate for that to be the reason you don't come celebrate with us!
