Please RSVP by September 1st, 2023. We appreciate your attentiveness to make our special day as smooth as possible.
The ceremony begins at 5pm. We ask that all guests arrive by 4:30pm the latest. This will give you plenty of time to get yourself familiar with the venue, use the restroom, and say hello to other guests. There will be NO entry after 4:55pm. We appreciate your understanding.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Make it a night to really go all out. We recommend light and breezy fabrics as it may be above 85 degrees. Dress code is cocktail/semi formal wear. Desert color scheme with burnt oranges, teals, mauve, and brown shades. Think boho chic and minimalist but don’t be afraid of bold prints either! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, midi semi-formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie or opt out of a tie and wear a plain white collared shirt with a nice pant suit. Please leave your favorite T-shirt and jeans at home! NO BLACK PLEASE! Pinterest board for inspiration: https://pin.it/2rnJXBA
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, both names will appear on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

While we love all your little ones, we want all parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves on their night out. We have chosen to make our special day adults only. Thank you for your understanding!

If you are staying at a hotel outside of The Scott Resort & Spa, transportation is not available. Those who will be staying at The Scott will not need transportation as the venue is located within the resort. If you would like to venture out onto the town during your stay, the resort does provide shuttle busses within a 3mile radius. They also provide cute bikes if you want to ride around town that way!
Typically, temperatures in Arizona range between 80-90 degrees during the day in October. The low can be anywhere between 65-75 degrees. We are not meteorologists so bring a couple of options if possible!
Although we’d love for you to record our ceremony, we have hired professionals to do so. We ask that all cell phones be silenced during our ceremony so our guests can enjoy our special moment and our photographer doesn’t have any obstructions or images of people on their phones. This would be greatly appreciated! After our ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!
