"I love coffee and music..." Who knew that such a mundane Tinder interaction would turn into marriage 5 years later? Yes, we met on Tinder... hey, it worked out for the best! We decided to meet up for coffee (of course), Todd arriving promptly at 10am and Alli arriving promptly an hour and a half later (a perfect encapsulation of our future together). Coffee turned into 7 hours of talking and wandering around Laguna Beach (Alli's roommate thought she had been kidnapped...no one wondered about Todd). We departed with a friendly hug and a "let's get together again soon". Little did we know it would be later that evening, when Alli found any excuse to drive down to San Diego to see Todd's band play... which never happened (sick drummer). We ended up going to a dive bar and grabbing a few drinks... two dates later we finally kissed, followed by our first camping trip to Big Sur! Alli moved down to San Diego shortly thereafter and the rest is history.

We both woke up one Sunday morning and the first thing Alli says is that she had a dream in which we got married. She followed by saying, "I think we should get married this year!" Todd had come to the same conclusion a few days prior, but had yet to say anything (typical - waiting for the perfect moment, which Alli claims could take forever - Todd agrees it's possible...). Immediately Todd said "I think we should as well!" We rushed to Donna Jean to seal the deal (our favorite vegan brunch spot) and called our parents to share the news. Here we are later this year getting married!!!
