Dressy/Cocktail Attire: Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits or even a nice sundress if very warm that day. Guys-sport jackets or suits. Ladies may want to rethink super high heels being an indoor/outdoor event.

Classic crab meat au gratin with triple cream, sherry and sharp cheddar cheese Grilled Filet Mignon With wild mushroom demi-glace; served with mashed Yukon gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables Ancho Chili Glazed Pork Chop Served with a sweet potato purée and roasted pineapple salsa Sautéed Chicken Breast with Jumbo Shrimp In a roasted tomato cream sauce with spinach and fresh fettuccine Vegetarian/Vegan option will be chef prepared at guest's request
