Upper Bidwell Park

One Mile is one of our favorite places for a picnic and a quick swim in the summer. Not sure it will be warm enough to swim but worth checking out.

One Mile Recreation Area

If you have young kids this is the place to be!

Caper Acres

This is a little bit of a drive out of town but totally worth it for the wildflowers.

North Table Mountain Ecological Reserve

Restaurant has great food (if not a little pricey) and the beer of course is delicious.

Sierra Nevada Taproom & Restaurant

This is our go-to pizza spot in town. Highly recommend the Vegi-Saurus!

Farm Star Pizza

Great spot for coffee and a bite to eat. The rooftop views of downtown Chico are worth checking out!
