Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Please arrive at Hyla Brook Estate for the ceremony between 3:00pm and 3:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.
To enhance the experience for everyone, including us, we're asking that guests keep their phones and cameras off during the ceremony. This allows us to be fully present in this special moment together and gives our photographer the opportunity to capture some truly beautiful shots. We appreciate your support in making this a memory we can all cherish.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.
We are still looking into some options for transportation to/from the hotel. If you decide to drive to the venue but find yourself unable to drive back to the hotel, Hyla Brook Estate will allow you to leave your car in their parking lot overnight. They simply ask that you retrieve your car by 9am the following day.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors, with access to the outdoor lawn area throughout the night.
The suggested attire for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For example, jacket/tie are not required, and sundresses are totally acceptable. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or any variation of white (cream, ivory, etc.), but you already knew that! Bottom line, wear whatever makes you feel the best!
Yes! Open bar will begin at 4:00pm, immediately following the ceremony. The bar will close at 9:00pm, half an hour before the reception ends (soft drinks and water will still be available). Tips for the bartenders have been paid in advance.
