What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving any time from 4:00-4:25 PM with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

To the Ceremony & Reception: - Hampton Inn & Suites Phillips Place shuttles will depart at 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. - Courtyard Marriott SouthPark shuttle will depart at 3:30 PM. Return Transportation: - An early shuttle will leave the reception at 9:30 PM and return directly to both hotels. - Additional shuttles will depart the Reception at 10:30 PM with a stop at the Tipsy Pickle after party. One shuttle will stay at Tipsy Pickle while the other will continue back to both hotels. - The final shuttle will depart Tipsy Pickle at 12:30 AM and return guests to both hotels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available in the large lot directly in front of The Casey for guests who prefer to drive rather than take the shuttles or use rideshare services.
