How do I book using the hotel block?

Answer

There is a link on our "Travel" page to our hotel room block. Click on the link to make a reservation using our discounted rate. You can also call the hotel directly and use our names to book. The rate is good for the entire weekend, for a room with two double beds OR a King bed room.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

For those staying at the Omni, they have a valet overnight parking which is 55$. They also recommended a parking garage called: 'The Pi Alley Garage" which is self-park and located at 275 Washington St, Boston, MA 02108. The rate here is 42$ for up to 12 hours.

Question

Transportation from Omni Parker to State Room?

Answer

It is about a 5 minute walk, but because of Boston traffic routes and the layout of the city it is more like a 10 minute drive. We are providing an Uber Promo code for the day of wedding! Use this promo code for a free ride to and from the hotel to the venue: ecx5xu1

Question

Other random details:

Answer

There will be a free coat check and please feel free to wear boots and bring heels or other shoes to change into. We promise to keep you warm and cozy once you get there! There will be no kids attending the wedding- just those in the wedding party. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this has caused! The ceremony will likely run anywhere from 20-30 minutes maximum, so please try your best to be there at 5'oclock. Enter through any door at the State Room building ground floor. You will see a sign for our wedding guests. You will go up the elevator to the 30th floor and someone will be there to direct you to the Great Hall.
