If you're in town, please feel free to join us at Preserve. We will be opening the party up after the rehearsal dinner for anyone to come say hi. Cash bar and food available for purchase. We would love to see you before the big day!

The Wedding
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Please arrive between 4:00pm - 4:15pm to have a glass of champagne, mingle & find your seat for the ceremony! Wedding will start at 4:30pm. There will be a shuttle departing from Hotel Winters and a shuttle departing from the Fairfield Inn at 3:45 pm. The shuttles will circle back to each hotel to pick up any remaining guests, but we recommend boarding the earliest shuttle to ensure timely arrival. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, so we want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to get there. Shuttles will be available to return guests to the hotels (and the after party) starting at 7:30pm and running through event end. You are also welcome to drive to the venue and leave your car overnight.
The After Party

Shuttles will be running from the venue to the hotels starting at 7:30pm til the event ends. For anyone that wants to join us at the after party at Green River Brewing & Taproom from 11pm - 1am, we will have a shuttle running between the hotels and the after party location.
