When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 1:30 and 1:45 pm. Due to the short length of our ceremony and open floor plan, late guests will not be permitted entry. Entry after the start of our ceremony would cause disruptions during this intimate time.

Where is cocktail hour and the reception?

Answer

Our entire wedding is taking place in the same location but in different areas inside the venue. Cocktail hour and our reception will be immediately following the ceremony. The staff at our venue will guide you to the proper location within the building following the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP, you should see an option with “Your Names Guest” (I.e. John Doe’s Guest.) At this point, you will be able to change the information and put your guests actual name. Please make sure to provide their name for seating purposes. If you did not have the ability to do this and you feel that you should have received the option, please contact Hayley or Jonathan for further clarification.

Is your wedding family friendly?

Answer

Our wedding will have an open bar and music that may offend some or may not be appropriate for certain age groups. Due to this, guests under the age of 15 are not allowed. If you are uncomfortable with this, we understand and we hope that we can celebrate with you at some other time.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon. We have a "REGISTRY" tab where you can contribute to our honeymoon fund and/or purchase gifts via the link provided

Do you have a block of hotel rooms?

Answer

We do not have a block of hotel rooms. Please see our "HOTELS" tab for accommodations near our venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please view our "HOTELS" tab. We have provided multiple options for hotels with different price ranges to accommodate everyone's budget.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Will there be transportation?

Answer

Parking is available. Transportation to and from the ceremony, as well as reception, will be provided from the parking garage starting at 1:15 pm and will run continuously until 8:30 pm. The address is as follows: Historic Downtown Parking Facility 1 Cordova St., St. Augustine, FL, 32084 If you have chosen one of the hotels from our recommendations, most are within walking distance of our venue. You are also more than welcome to park in the garage and use the shuttle service, if you would like.

Is smoking permited?

Answer

Smoking is not allow inside our venue but is permitted outside. During our reception, balcony access is available and smoking is permitted in this area.
