When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is great and very helpful! Our last day to RSVP is August 3, 2024. Our vendors require us to provide head-counts by this date, and any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No". Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Attire. Think pastel colors, floral; dress in your best outdoor-friendly semi-formalwear.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is onsite in the gravel parking area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please bring your kids! Our wedding is a family event. We do ask that you keep an eye on your kiddos during all times throughout the night as there will not be on site child care and our venue is a working farm. As cute as they are, please do not touch or feed the sheep!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm for our 4:00pm ceremony. This gives us enough time to be on schedule, and help out our guests that may need additional assistance finding their seat.

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

If you have a guest option on your RSVP, then yes! If there is not a guest option on your invitation, then no. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We will not be able to accommodate others that are not on our list. Thank you for understanding!

Can I touch the animals?

Answer

As our venue is a working farm, we request that you do not feed or touch the animals.

Can I Take Pictures and/or Video During the Ceremony?

Answer

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures - we ask that you honor our 'unplugged' ceremony. We will make sure to share lots of pictures and videos with you after the wedding! If you would like to take pictures/videos for the reception - please do! Also make sure to tag us and add our hashtag #ToastToTheTownsends

What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm. Cocktail hour is set to begin at 4:30pm and our reception will end by 10pm.
