Late April in South Jersey is beautiful, but it can range from 45-65 degrees. Right now, rain may be in the forecast. We recommend being prepared for some cooler weather, as our ceremony is outside in the early evening. Our venue is prepared for an indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour space is both indoors and outdoors. Our reception will be indoors.
Think cocktail attire! It’s a time to dress up and have fun with it, but don’t worry, it’s not a black-tie affair. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!
We politely ask that you RSVP no later than March 25th. RSVP cards will be enclosed with the invitations.
Absolutely! Our venue is prepared for guests with dietary restrictions, and happy to accommodate you. Please be sure to indicate these restrictions on your RSVP! There will be a spot for you to write it all in.
Please refer to your invitation. We are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited. Thank you for understanding!
While we know kids can party, we respectfully ask that our wedding be a child-free celebration. We would love for you to take the night off and celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding our decision! If child care proves to be any difficulty, please reach out to Ariana or Ryan privately and we will help as much as we can!
*We apologize about an error we had made earlier on our website: Valet parking is not available.* The hotels where we have room blocks are less than 8 miles from our wedding. Ubers and Lyfts are available in the area as well. We ask that you all drive safely to and from our wedding! For those of you who are flying in to the Philadelphia International Airport or the Atlantic City International Airport, several rental car companies are available for your use.
We may go right to sleep after our wedding, but feel free to visit Seven Tap-Tavern on the venue's premises, or various bars throughout the area! The Hampton Inn & Suites also has a bar. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide transportation to and from after-party sites.
At this time, Blue Heron Pines Golf Club is currently following all CDC and state-mandated COVID-19 regulations. We will update this section if anything changes. We do ask that if you are feeling sick, to either test for Covid prior to our wedding, or opt to stay home. While we know this is a lot to ask of you, we do have immunocompromised individuals in our immediate families who we want to keep healthy.
Yes! Blue Heron Pines Golf Club will have parking available. *We apologize for an error we made earlier on our website: valet parking is not available.*
We are currently registered on Zola!
