I’m lost! Who can I call?

Answer

Please call anybody but the Bride or Groom on the day of the wedding. I plan to arrive Thursday (April 4th) or sooner, where should I stay?

Answer

We, the bride and groom, recommended you book a room at the Plantation Inn and Golf Resort (located under Travel). This hotel is located close to where the bride and groom will be staying before the wedding. However, you may also book a room at one of the other recommended hotels.

My RSVP card only listed enough seats for me and my significant other, can I bring our child?

Answer

Due to amount of guests invited and the maximum capacity set by the venue, we cannot allow all of our guests to bring their children. The only children that will be attending will be the children in the wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to amount of guests invited and the maximum capacity set by the venue, we cannot allow all of our guests to bring dates. On your RSVP card, there is a number of how many seats we have reserved for you. Please abide by this number.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered on Amazon.com, Bed Bath & Beyond and have a honeymoon fund set up through Zola. All registry information can be located under the Registry tab.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotel recommendations (they can be located under the Travel tab), you will receive a discounted rate when you use our group code. However, you can also book another hotel if you prefer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to park in the parking lots at the venue or if you are staying at one of the preferred and recommend hotels, there are shuttles that will take you to and from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at one of the preferred and recommend hotels, there will be a shuttle to take you to and from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. We ask that guests show up to the venue no later than 4:00.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that guests dress in daytime formal/cocktail attire. We also ask that guests do not wear any shade of white, purple or grey.
