Trevor forced his friendship upon Nate Sophomore year of high school. At first it didn't take until a year later when Nate and Trevor were at the same Youth Group. Their friendship grew quickly as they connected over basketball and church. Trevor and Nate were roommates in college and developed a brotherly bond throughout the years.
Taylor Noble
Maid of Honor
Taylor & Rachel met at a very young age (LOL). Taylor is Rachel's older sister, but she is so much more than that. She is a confidant, friend, pepper partner, and fantastic meme sharer. (She definitely got that last part from Rachel). Taylor is the person that no matter what, will always be right by Rachel's side. She was there to come up with shenanigans, do chores together when those shenanigans backfired, be a shoulder to cry on, and now to be right by Rachel's side as her maid of honor.
Daniel Marco
Best Man
Daniel is Nate's oldest friend. They connected in 6th grade and have been best friends since then. Dan and Nate spent the summers in high school fishing, playing basketball, playing games, and going to Kings Island a bunch. Daniel, Trevor, and Nate were constantly over at the Thompson's house and often spent the night. Even though Nate was an only child it felt like he had his own brothers in Daniel and Trevor.
Sam D'Adamo
Bridesmaid
Sam & Rachel met in college at Stetson University, both part of the beach volleyball team. Their friendship truly began once Sam finally got used to Rachel's excessive amount of dad jokes, about Sophmore year. (Rachel had to wear her down). They have grown so much together over the past almost decade of friendship, seeing each other meet and fall in love with their forever people, sharing in our love of comedians, and so much more. They can always rely on each other to send at least 5 TikToks back and forth a day.
Daniel Pate
Groomsman
Daniel and Nate met through church and other mutual friends. Over the years the two have grown their friendship through church ministry, disc golf, and bunches of deep conversations (some that can be found in podcast form). If these two are together be ready for a lot of buffoonery!
Delaney Driver
Bridesmaid
Rachel & Delaney met a few years ago through (where else!) the volleyball community and immediately clicked. She is Rachel's unofficial emotional support extrovert and the friend she can always count on to be her authentic self. They have the double chin and weird posed pictures together to prove it! Through countless volleyball sessions, themed costumes, movie nights, and walks together their friendship continues to grow and blossom.
Mike Weiss
Groomsman
Mike and Nate met in college through rec basketball. Their friendship grew from playing pick up and eventually on the same team together as captains before Mike decided to be old and graduate. They also did homeless ministry together for a few years in Knoxville, which helped create a bond deep enough for Nate to convince Mike to move down to Florida. Even if it took three years to get him here.
JaeLyn Visscher
Bridesmaid
Jae & Rachel also met at Stetson University through the beach volleyball team. Though they only overlapped one semester, it was enough to start a lifelong friendship! Jae is Rachel's go to for a puzzle buddy, game night shenanigans, and playing pickup! They have yet to play a tournament together, although it's not for lack of trying (Currently 0/4 sign-ups). Rachel can always rely on Jae be there to talk about life but also.. spill some tea together.
