Their love story began after a mutual friend introduced them at a party. As fate had it, they exchanged numbers and shortly went on their first date at the Bonefish Grill on Rt. 46. Romance soon blossomed, and the two became inseparable. Over the past 4 years they’ve shared, they have enjoyed exploring and living life’s adventures together. As of June 23, 2018, they are a happily engaged couple ready to take on life’s next adventure, marriage.

The two decided to take a trip to Puerto Rico to visit family and relax by the beach. Little did Amber know that Leonardo had something big planned that would change the rest of their lives, a marriage proposal on the beach. While Leonardo was planning a magical night at Aguada Guayabo’s Tropical Sunset restaurant, he told Amber that they were going out to a nice restaurant for a family dinner before they had to head back home to New Jersey. As they approached the restaurant and sat down Leonardo asked Amber to grab a drink with him at the bar. As they walked passed the bar, Amber was surprised to see a romantic private room set for two. The atmosphere was beautiful. Everything felt perfect. There were rose petals everywhere, candles to set the mood, and chilled wine on the table with a fantastic view of the ocean. The two sat down and had a great meal. Leonardo excused himself after dinner and got ready to ask his best friend and the love of his life to marry him. Amber was led down a staircase of roses lit with tea light candles to meet Leonardo on the beach. The song Cásate Conmigo (Marry Me) played in the background. He was standing in the shape of a heart made from rose petals surrounded by tiki torches. He got down on one knee while holding a white seashell filled with pearls and a gorgeous sparkling ring. June 23, 2018, Amber of course said, YES! The two are HAPPILY engaged and are excited to share their story with you! They cannot wait to tie the knot on 10.18.19 and see what the future holds.
