Thomas and Nicole first met when their mutual friend (shoutout to Zach Fanning), invited Thomas over to play FIFA at Zach's apartment, where Nicole also happened to be. Before Thomas arrived, everyone moved where they were sitting so the only open spot was next to Nicole. Thankfully, Thomas was brave enough to sit there. Nicole and Thomas kept in touch until one day, plans fell through for Zach and he gave Thomas two free tickets to a St. Louis Blues hockey game (again, shoutout to Fanning). Thankfully, Thomas was smart enough to invite Nicole to her first Blues game, which then became their official first date. Months went by and they both graduated from Mizzou. Thomas got a job and moved to Madison. Nicole would come and visit for just a weekend. Then a week. Then a month. Now here they are, 7 years later. Over those 7 years, Thomas and Nicole have had Friday night season tickets to the Wisconsin Badger's hockey games, and with each game, there's a flashback of those two kids from Mizzou back in 2016 going on their first date. Little did they know that their future would include moving into their first condo, adopting the sweetest pup Zoey, traveling to multiple countries, and now planning their wedding.
