Please check invitations for specific details about plus ones. If your invitation does not specify a plus one, that means the invitation is intended just for you. We've limited the guest list with costs in mind and to ensure we have enough space while keeping the wedding intimate, so we appreciate your understanding.
We've chosen to make this an adult only celebration (besides the ones included in the wedding party). We hope you understand and can join us for an evening of fun and festivities.
The dress code is semi-formal. What does this mean? Men: Button down dress shirts or suits if you're feeling fancy! Women: Midi dresses, cocktail dresses
Please plan to arrive at 1:00 PM EST. This will give you time to valet park, get settled, and be ready for the ceremony to start on time.
We encourage guests to plan their own transportation to the venue if you're not staying at the hotel. For our local guests, feel free to carpool, rideshare, etc! Please note we will have an open bar -- plan responsibly! Parking info to come in a separate FAQ.
Once you arrive at The Epicurean, you will valet park. Complimentary parking is available prior to 7 PM and $10 thereafter. If you are staying at the hotel, overnight valet parking is $25 per night.
Yes we will have an open bar, but with this mind, please act accordingly and drink responsibly (have to say it!)
We have chosen the chef's buffet -- specific options TBD! Trust us, we tried their food and it's *chef's kiss*
We kindly ask that everyone put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Our photographers will capture all the special memories (that will be shared with each of you, too) so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
YES PLEASE! Feel free to capture all the fun. We will add a QR code at each table where you can upload your pictures to so that we may see the fun you all had as well.
Hyde Park Village is right around the corner from The Epicurean! Think outdoor shops and eats. Pro tip if you love coffee as much as MaryJane does: go to Buddy Brew. You're welcome. Tampa Riverwalk and Armature Works (where Tony proposed!) A 2.6 mile pedestrian trail along the Hillsborough River where it connects to parks, museums, and eateries. Feeling fancy? Hands down, Bern's steakhouse which is directly across from the venue. It's an iconic Tampa restaurant globally known for its extensive wine collection, steaks, and decadent desserts. Plan ahead, they book out months in advance. Feeling beachy? Take a day trip to St. Pete or Clearwater! Each is about 30-40 minutes away.
